Ideal straw at low expense
Special design of curved knives and a plate provides effective feeding of mowed mass to the crusher rollers, which enables to get the high-quality hay, to reduce harvesting time and tractor energy costs.
Reducing of time losses and increasing of efficiency
Turning gearbox installed on the mower provides excellent maneuverability, reduces turning radius and enables U-turning without PTO deactivation. It substantially reduces time losses and increases efficiency.
Intensive crushing
The crushing degree is regulated by adjustment of minimal gap between upper and lower rollers and appropriate spring pressure.
High maintenance ability
The crushing rollers consist of similar rubber segments with herringbone profile. The wear of crusher usually happens in the most loaded area, i.e. the rollers center. It is enough to replace the worn segment with a new one, or change places of the segments, but not the whole roller.
Long-term service life
The drive of crusher is performed by means of four XPA belts providing smooth and silent drive to the crusher shaft. And the completely closed and lubricated chain drive operates longer than open one with any lubrication system.
Exclusion of the machine deformation
Strong structure keeps the front and side shields at high grass crop capacity from deforming.
Operation on flat as well as on uneven fields
On uneven fields with complex relief, the cutting beam bends within the limits of elastic deformation, and, at that, the knives dangerously approach the crusher. In order not to violate the technological process of harvesting on flat fields and not to cut the crusher by knives, when working on uneven fields, there is possibility of cutting beam adjustment relatively to crusher rollers.

Reinforced mounting of roll formers increases reliability of the structure.
Clean swath
Usage of simple, without application of tools, adjustment of roll former wings provides clean roll of the right shape.
Active roll former Berkut Uno
The construction of mower Berkut Uno (without crushing apparatus) contains the active swath-former used for making swaths of 1.3 m in width.
Option: disc plate with three knives
Discs with three knives (optionally supplied) rotating in opposite direction to each other provide greater overlap on each disk in comparison with discs with two knives. That means:
- 30% reducing load on the rotor discs;
- Fuel savings;
- The uniformity of the process of mowing;
- guarantee of clean cut of stubble in any weather, including wet conditions
