Highest compaction bales
The rolling presses at the front and the bar chains at the rear of the Round baler provide forming balershaving highest compaction. Even if material is in a very dry or wet condition, the combined system stably forms compactly presses balers. The availability of two systems in the Round baler provides the following advantages:
1. The bar chains at the rear of the machine begin forming a balervery early, due to which the center of such a balerbecomes more compact;

The pressing chamber hydraulic lift cylinders have diameter of 50 mm. It allows reducing lifting time up to 4 seconds, which is 60% quicker than the lifting time being achieved by using hydraulic cylinders having diameter of 80 mm.
Absence of any moments distracting from the process of tractor operation
Using a clearly visible control console in the tractor cab it is easy to monitor the process of the pressing chamber filling, switch on and control the wrapping process, as well as to monitor and control the moment of the pressing chamber opening and closing. As a result, an operator is not distracted for performing visual inspection of the Round baler units and can fully concentrate on the process of tractor operation. The control console is also fitted with an electronic balers counting system.
High-speed wrapping device
The double-unit wrapping device operates 67% quicker than a single-unit wrapping device. Due to it the performance of Pelikan Round baler is increased by 30%.
Well-timed and quick roll unloading
Due to the availability of a slide board having strong springs rolls can easily slide beyond the trajectory of the pressing chamber closure, and a tractor operator does not need to move back in the process of unloading. The result: the unloading time is equal to 8 seconds in total.

The large diameter of the Round baler helps to avoid getting of stones and foreign objects in the pressing chamber.

Automated clean-up scrappers of the rolling presses
There are automated clean-up scrappers are installed on the Pelikan Round baler. The clean-up scrappers prevent the machine from accumulating plant remains between the wall of the pressing chamber and the ends the rolling presses. This solution allows essentially reducing maintenance time. -
