Tukan Max line PPT-1270/1260/680 bailers providing the lowest possible fuel consumption per ton of product and the favorable ratio of the machine value provide also the maximum performance and multifold possibilities of their use. All the components and parts of the Tukan Max balers are designed for operation at high speed and maximum performance. You will be able to treat not only hay or straw, but also renewable industrial cultures such as hemp, soy straw, and corn stover..
Due to the availability of 6 high-performance knotting units bales are not only bound quickly and securely, but also do not contain twine fragments, which guarantees high digestibility of forage. Besides, in case of industrial use of bales formed by the Tukan Max balers plastic fragments are not burnt and processed together with plants.
Optionally, the balers can be completed with bale accumulators, which allow discharging two bales put on top of each other compactly and simultaneously. The maximum bales compaction density, effective logistics being applied in the process of vehicles loading have made the bales dimensions of 120x70 or 120х60 cm the most preferable. PPT-1270 balers are ganged up with tractors having pulling force not less than 2 tons per second.
For automated picking up and transporting bales we recommend using the self-loading bale carrier.
