For the purpose of protection of the binding device from faults under the conditions of overload and under abnormal conditions a safety shear bolt is installed.

The coupling between the toothed bar and polyurethane bush is reached due to polyurethane high friction coefficient. The bar presses through sockets in polyurethane, and the material then is restored due to its elastic properties. Thus, at the time of the bar return to the initial position, when it falls from the upper point to the lower point, the teeth having semispherical shape do not damage the polyurethane bush decreasing its coupling properties.

Prevention of the bailing machine destruction
Torque moment is transferred to the bailing machine through belt transmission, which does not require lubrication, and in case of clogging of the bailing machine with the masses or a foreign object such mass it slips on the belt pulley preventing the drive and the machine from destruction.

There is an overrunning safety clutch installed in the machine. It transfers torque moment from the drive shaft to the flywheel. In case of switching the tractor PTO shaft off the flywheel keeps rotating under its own inertia. At that time the safety clutch is actuated and the rotation of the flywheel does not transfer to the stopped PTO shaft. The friction safety clutch damps shocks at the time of switching the tractor PTO shaft on. It increases the life period of the drive. For the protection of the units of the machine from fail by reason of clogging with grass masses or getting of foreign objects in the machine work tools a safety shear bolt is installed, through which torque moment is transferred from the flywheel to the main reduction gear of the machine.
100 % protection against overloading and abnormal conditions
In case of arising of any unforeseen situation, as the result of which the needles during binding cannot return to their initial position, danger of the piston impact to the needles through compacted material arises. Such impact can be the reason of the needles deformation. Deformed needles, in their turn, can damage the binding device. For the purpose of preventing such situations a safety device is provided. If the needles do not return to their initial position, the piston moving in the chamber will not reach the needles, because it will be stopped by the safety device. In such case the safety bolt of the flywheel will be sheared.
Spare safety elements are always available
For providing convenience of the bailing machine maintenance an additional bar with safety shear bolts is installed. Now an operator can easily reach all the bolts in any time.
Increasing bale compaction
One of the methods of reducing costs on bales transportation and storage if increasing weight with preserving the specified volume, i.e. increasing bale compaction. To increase the compaction of bales of very dry or hard-compacted material such as straw мor dried hay a set for increasing bale compaction can be installed. The set is easily installed. It consists of several additional valves increasing the resistance to mass moving through the compaction channel.
Absence of any moments distracting from the tractor operation
By means of a clearly visible multifunctional control console (included only in the Luxe machine equipment) the operator can easily control blowing of the binding device from its cab, as well as switch on the lighting device for operation at night. In case of twain break the console will generate sound-and-visual signal, which will allow saving time and protecting the operators’ nerves. Thus, the operator can not be distracted from the operation process for carrying out visual inspection and can concentrate on the tractor operation process. Besides, the control console is fitted with an electronic bale counting system. -
