ZMP-PSM with the performance of up to 90 t/h is designed for afterharvesting cereals seed processing and treatment (dressing), as well as for seeds handling mechanization at carrying out the following processing operations:
- Moistened dressing of cereals seeds, legume crops, and industrial crops necessary for their protection against causal agents transmitted through seeds and for the improvement of sowing (seeding) qualities;
- Grain storages loading and discharge;
- Loading grain into vehicles;
- Mechanical scooping of seeds outdoors at the time of seed supply (delivery) from combines;
- Forming heaps of grain delivered by vehicles in different lots;
- Cleaning grain using the procedure of light fraction separation.

Quality advantages of ZMP-PSM cereal processing complex
Forward drive
Equipped with a foreign-made motor reducer guarantees long-term and trouble-free operation of the machine.
Feeder
The MZS-90-20 machine is equipped with a scraper feeder providing advantages over an auger feeder consisting in almost total absence of grain shattering in the process of bulking. The possibility of lowering feeders to a negative and positive angle in horizontal direction increases the convenience of work with the grain thrower on heaps and in the process of grain transporting.
Trimmer belt
A ribbed endless belt is installed in the trimmer, thereby the thrower performance at loading wheat in vehicles reaches 90 t/h.
Using grain thrower:
- Grain storages loading and discharge;
- Grain loading into vehicles;
- Mechanical scooping of seeds outdoors at the time of seed supply (delivery) from the combine;
- Forming heaps of grain delivered by vehicles from combines in different lots;
- Cleaning grain with light fraction separation.
Wide range of operation
Due to the dressing (treating) attachment ability to turn around by 120 degrees either side the use of the seed dresser in the process of operation is significantly simplified and the range of its use is broadened. -
